Joy

There are so many things I want to write this evening. But I erase each sentence I begin because it somehow just doesn't seem the right timing.

So I'll simply say...

This journey I've been taking has covered every emotion I knew and a few I didn't. And today the Lord has nudged my heart to lift up my head in expectant joy and remember:

I am still confident of this:
I will see the goodness of the Lord in the land of the living.
Wait for the Lord; be strong and take heart
and wait for the Lord.
~Psalm 27:12-14
