I just finished watching it this morning - and I learned that sometimes the judges and I hear very different songs.
* Luke - Bless his precious little heart - he is such a cutie and I would love to see him every week, but truly I don't think he had a good night and I don't think he'll be in the top twelve. Rats.
* David A - I didn't really love the song he sang, but he's just so stinking good at everything he does! I thought he balanced singing and playing well.
* Danny - All I can say (in his own words) is that he's TMTH.
* David H - WHAT!?!?! Don't sing Celine! I get really excited when I know a song, because I know so few of them, and not only do I know the song he sang...I love that song. And now I can't hear it ever again without thinking of that performance.
* Michael - Simon didn't like his rocker side, but I sure did!
* David C - I just love this guy. Loved the look, loved the guitar, loved the song, LOVED EVERYTHING!
* Jason - Might have actually started to grow on me this week. They zoomed in on his face enough that I was able to get past the hair a couple of times.
* Chikeze - I think I liked him better than the judges did. I thought he did a great job.
I think Luke is going home and I can't decide on the other one - I think it might depend on how much of a following Jason has and how much David H's news event of the week helps or hurts him.

Over all, the guys were better than last week. There seems to be a gray mood over this year, singing mellow and sad songs. Except for Michael and David C who were refreshing. I agree with you Bekah, I think Luke might be leaving unless he has a large fan base. I hope that Danny leaves, very tired of him. Jason might go this week if his fan base is small. I hope that David H's news leak doesn't hurt him. David A was alright. I agreed with Simon that he needs to sing more upbeat songs now. We know he can do the ballad. Still not a fan of Chikeze, he needs to channel Marvin Gaye to get my attention.
Okay...just caught bits and pieces of last nights show. I did see Jason...just look past the hair to those sweet eyes! So what was the big news release?? ~Jaye

For starters they guys all did really well!
I like Luke simply because he is an Indiana boy we have to root for him right? But what in the heck was thinking doing WHAM!? He is in trouble unless the women vote him thru on looks
David A- Great singer, but I can guarentee now he will get on my nerves before the show is all said and done. My prediction he will be the upset around final 3 that goes home happens every year.
David C- Too much like constantine in the cheese factor but I like him
David H- How many David's are there!? I don't really see the big deal in the news? Stripping while not a great profession is a profession he was doing a job. I think he'll be fine, but the whole time he sang I wondered if it was taped or live this show, and what he and the judges were really thinking. haha
Jacuzzi- Needs to go I find him ANNOYING.
Muppet- I loved his song last night and thought he did well I like him.
Michael- My favorite by far of the guys, I agree with Simon when he connects watch out. I think he's going to win it all.

Tina - I would love for Danny to leave too...he exhausts me. But I bet he has his own fan base that is beyond the beyond.

I checked for an Idol blog either yesterday or this morning and what did I find?? SPORTS! ALL SPORTS!!!!
