So....I know I haven't told you about our adventures ON our actual anniversary, but I gotta show you these pictures! Every year, as you may or may not remember, we recreate the same handful of wedding pictures, and then I make a little collage to show the journey of us. Normally we just use our tripod for these photo shoots, but our friend
Nate had offered us a photo shoot since I helped him with
his family pictures a few weeks ago. I asked if he would be willing to do the shoot for us, and he said YES. He's a friend of Ryan's from PTA school, and they have a blast together. I had to get this picture of them before we left that day.
Nate was amazing - we only had about a half hour to squeeze these pictures in between the time he got off work and the time it became too dark to take pictures. And he rushed to get them - and
still paid attention to each detail of the pictures we recreated. This was my favorite. I just adore this one.
And while this one was not one of our recreated poses, I love this one too!!

And then I made this with all our monthiversary pictures from 2015. We've been asked when we plan to give up celebrating monthiversaries. Uh, don't plan to!

The photos from this year are great as are all the pictures from the recreated poses. You guys are not only as cute as all get out but you come up with such good ideas and then follow up on them :). Looking forward to listening to the podcast- will wait until the kids are at school.

I love that you do this every year. I wish I had known about this idea so I could have done with it Dave. Maybe we'll start this year... Did I say that last year?! :)
Okay, HOW is Ryan OBESE? Are they insane?!?! Also, I can't believe that woman who asked if you were pregnant? That is sooooo rude.
And why do you always talk about working out just as I'm sitting and listening to your podcasts and EATING A SNACK?!?!
We only had our professional photographer for two hours on our wedding day too. But we didn't get pictures taken during the ceremony so we had pictures beforehand.
Dave and I got engaged driving down a highway so I think getting engaged behind a nursing home may have actually been more romantic! Ha!
