Over the weekend, we crossed another alphabetically inspired date off our list! This time? The letter Q!
This was a tough one for us. We aren't quilters, and Q-Tips only provide so much entertainment, so we had to reach for this one.
I scheduled this date for our 57th monthiversary for three reasons. One, I thought we should do something fun on our monthiversary. Two, it allowed us to stay home, since we couldn't really go anywhere with Phoebe to care for. Three, it was very low-key, which I thought Ryan especially needed after working so hard all day. It was actually a pretty perfect choice.
For our quiet night at home, we had quesadillas and homemade guacamole. Delicious!
I also found what I thought was going to be a harmless quiz/questionnaire online that we did together. If you listen to the podcast, you'll discover we're still learning A LOT about each other!
Simple, but fun at-home date!

Perfect use of the letter q!
That quiz looks like some interesting questions maybe you could post the link? It is always fun to learn more about my spouse.
I can't believe I am admitting this. I was on a drama team in Bible College and we were the special guest at youth ralleys and I participated in the toothpaste/swishing water skit. What in the world?!?!!!!!! You could not pay me enough to do anything remotely close to that today!!!! My husband flipped when he found out about that.
Tamar - Thank you! I'm excited about a few of them coming up. New adventures!
Sandi - THANK GOODNESS for browsing history! I had failed to pin it and could not REFIND it on Pinterest! But I have located it. (Some questions did not apply, and I can't vouch for the site as a whole, but we had fun with most of the questions: http://jomygosh.com/2017/04/99-fun-questions-ask-partner-long-distance-relationship/
Tia - STOP IT. Are you serious????? NO. NO NO NO.
I know!!!!!! It's like it wasn't even me! I'm the biggest germ-a-phobe!!!! It was my freshman year and I was desperate to find my group. So all I can guess was that I was in an "I'll do anything to impress the guys" kind of mode. DUMB DUMB DUMB!!!! They did act like it was cool and my only saving grace is that I wasn't the only girl doing it. I think there were 4 or 5 of us. Weirdos!!!! Lol!
